Sulfo-Cyanine3 NHS ester

水溶，氨基活性sulfo-Cyanine3 NHS ester。不需有机溶剂，在水溶液中即可有效的对蛋白和多肽进行标记。该产品是低溶解度蛋白和易变性蛋白的理想选择。
这是一种磺化的、亲水的、水溶的荧光染料。没有磺化的Cyanine3 NHS ester亦可供选择。
该产品是Cy3® NHS ester的衍生物。在所有应用中Sulfo-Cyanine3 NHS ester都可以替代Cy3®，Alexa Fluor 546和DyLight 549。
