High loading controlled pore glass solid support for the synthesis of oligonucleotides with 3'-alkyne group. With this solid support, synthesis of oligos of up to 50 bases is possible. Terminal alkyne group can be modified by copper catalyzed Click chemistry (see our recommended protocol for oligonucleotide modification). This solid support is compatible with standard oligonucleotide deblocking conditions. No special deblocking is required.
